其實，心情的翻轉都因那「擇善不足，固執有餘」的臭水溝。報稅、申請學校、讓小孩看棒球賽......，在繁重的工作壓力之外，還要沒理由地在臭水溝裡翻滾，真的「殺很大」。
尤其好姊妹們在 skype 的交通中一問到他的大事，就會讓我越講越煩心。英文課要我們寫的一篇作文，竟然是：這幾年最大的改變！真是哪壺不提。
不過，一餐美味的炒飯，一鍋酸甜可口的檸檬茶，柔和的話語，溫馨的接送，加上小事上的貼心配合，又讓我怒氣全消，幸福洋溢！是不是我太容易被討好，或被催眠了，就讓不合理的日子逐漸變得不痛不癢了！
其實也是「無力挽狂瀾」，就像亞伯拉罕不知道往哪裡去，只知道隨主帶領，以「神的同在」為「人生旅程」的地圖。
這週的 ESL英文課，Andrew 放了一首風靡很久的英文老歌(1984)當作上課教材和作業。那是一首很「樸素」卻很熱鬧的歌，沒有樂器伴奏，純以人聲和音，並以彈指聲打拍子，Billy 的 The Longest Time 。由於這首歌的風行，那些年也產生了許多無伴奏的小合唱團體。
第一次聽就覺得聲音乾淨和諧，旋律輕快流暢，但只懂幾句歌詞，整首串起來，還真給他不知所云，比如說，什麼是「I had second thoughts」？老師課堂上播放了兩次，回家再聽幾次，然後，不但歌詞看懂了，還聽出了兩眶眼淚。
純情，是「情之凝聚的投注」，真的會感動人！少男情懷的歌詞，讓我想到十四年前那可愛的新郎，那心思，那模樣，就是這德性。
許多人問我，結婚紀念日怎麼慶祝？我說：「不跟他生氣！」Andrew 很珍賞地猛點頭說：「That's a good idea!」
怎麼慶祝？這週要改四個班的九份作業，忙得不得了。可是一靜下來，腦子裡都是這首輕鬆愉快的旋律 ─ The Longest Time 。享受這首歌，就是我的慶祝了。
顯然，只有神才能說 The Longest Time！所有的人間情愛，還是先轉向神，再向神向人投注吧！
